1.Responsible for all machining activities in his section, monitor and ensure correct application of tooling, machine cutting speed and cost control.
2.Monitor work progress and output
3.Accountable for quality of work as per work order/customer specification/drawing
4.Responsible for on time delivery for all jobs
5.Make accurate and timely communication with other section heads and immediate supervisor, so that all jobs are accurately executed as per work order (both written and verbal)
6.Responsible to report, conduct investigation and submit to immediate supervisor on any non conforming products include any unauthorised change of CNC programmes
7.Accountable for efficiency and productivity improvement of his section including material/consumable usage, man-hours utilisation and work processes
8.Ensure works are carried out in compliance to the Quality (API and ISO) and Occupational Safety and Health Systems and Procedures
9.Responsible to derive and implement plans to achie
Technical Degree holders or equivalent
Mininum 5 years experience in engineering workshop environment with preferably 3 years in supervisory role
